SUMMER SALES REP

The Sales Rep position is reserved for people seeking success. This job will not only set you apart financially, it will boost your professional career.

Sales Reps are responsible for marketing and selling accounts for Pinnacle Security. By following direction and leadership from your Sales Manager, you will develop productive, working relationships with customers to sell and market Pinnacle Security products and services. By conducting sales calls, primarily door-to-door, you’ll seek the placement of product in high-volume areas.

Sales Reps attend daily meetings and training sessions to collaborate with team members and define weekly goals.

On average, Sales Reps earn enough money in four short months to focus on school for the other eight, instead of worrying about monetary obligations. Financial freedom and educational success await Sales Reps who join the premier team in home security sales, Pinnacle Security.

Average # of Sales in 1 Summer (for those tha complete the program): 103
Average # of Working Days in 1 Week: 6
Average # of Working Months: 4

Basic Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must attend pre-season sales training
• Must work required schedule set forth by Pinnacle Security
• Must work in summer office from May through August
• Must learn to operate a security system
• No sales experience required, but helpful

Field Office Manager 

Pinnacle Security, a leader in home security, has immediate openings for seasonal Field Office Managers throughout the United States and Canada.
 
Field Office Managers (FOMs) will oversee the flow of paperwork in the office including scanning and auditing customer contracts, updating reports to show the status of contracts, etc.  The Field Office Manager will also participate in sales/technician meetings to record attendance and update the sales representatives/technicians on any issues regarding customer contracts. Pay $1600/month based off duties completed daily.

Coordinator Field Services I

The tier one coordinator will coordinate technician appointment capacity by communicating between the Scheduling, Field Service and Inside Sale Department. They also assist tier two coordinators in taking care of other background duties related to the smooth functioning of technicians and the Field Service Department. Must have good organizational skills, phone skills as well as be proficient with MS Word and Excel. Must have one year related experience. Pay $9.00 to $10.00/hr.

The Retention Coach is responsible for the management and development of Retention Specialists. Senior Manager Technical Services CALL CENTER 

Pinnacle Security, a leader in home security, has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager of Technical Services at our Lindon, Utah location.

Responsible for overseeing and directing Technical Service Department and will work closely with Field Service and Scheduling Departments to ensure production and efficiency. Works with the Director of Customer Care and Technical Support Department to coordinate all activities with Company-wide goals and objectives. Ensures that customers with technical questions are promptly, courteously, and professionally served and their questions and problems effectively resolved. Oversees technical support services and ensures the resolution of customer complaints in a timely, professional manner. Ensures professional relations exist with external contacts. Directs, trains, supervises, and appraises technical support personnel. Additional responsibilities to be added in the future. Requires a bachelors degree in related field or supplemental with years of experience. Must have at least 4 years previous working experience in similar position and 3 years supervising others. Knowledge of home security operations helpful.
